Easy DIY Skincare Recipes:

Milk and Roses Soothing Oat Bath 

Relax, unwind and soothe dry winter skin with Lactic Acid rich milk, soothing oats and fragrant vitamin c rich roses.

Ingredients:

1 cup whole Milk or 1/2 cup powdered Milk if using only dry ingredients.

1/2 cup powdered Oats

Handful fresh or dried rose petals (must be dried if storing for later use).

10 drops of Rose Absolute Essential Oil

5 drops Vitamin E Oil

1 TBSP Sweet Almond Oil or Oil of Choice.

Mix thouroghly and add to running bath water. If storing, use dry milk and rose petals and keep in sealed container for up to 6 months.

 

Detox Charcoal Face Mask

Unclog pores and exfoliate skin to accelerate cell turnover and achieve clear radiant skin.

Ingredients:

1/2 tsp Activated Charcoal

1 TBSP Bentonite Clay

5 drops Tea Tree Essential Oil

5 drops Lavender Essential Oil

3 drops Vitamin E Oil

1/2 tsp Raw Honey

Milk, Yogurt, water or tea until desired consistency. Mix well, apply to wet, cleansed face for 20 min. Rinse, tone and moisturize. Use up to 2x per week. 

 

Honey Lip Balm

Moisturize and prevent chapped cracked Lips with raw honeys natural humectant benefits.

Ingredients:

1/4 tsp raw honey

1/2 tsp raw shea butter

1/4 tsp coconut oil

5 drops vitamin e

1 tsp beeswax

Melt all ingredients in a double boiler, mix thouroghly and pour into containers until solidified.

 

Basic Bath Bomb

Make your own custom bath bombs, add essential oil, herbs and botanicals to infuse your bath with nature's beautifying ingredients.

Ingredients:

2 cups Baking Soda

1 cup Citric Acid

1/2 Cup Cornstarch

2 TBSP Cream of Tartar

1 TBSP Coconut Oil

10-20 Drops Essential Oil

Herbs or Botanicals

Witch Hazel

Mix all dry ingredients together, stir in oils, spray in witch hazel while mixing until mixture resembles wet sand. Pack into molds, let cure 12 hours.
